Development-stage software. Synthetic demonstration available; customer pilot and production use remain blocked.Current readiness
Trust by design

AI should help your people—not quietly outrank them.

Useful AI work needs clear authority, appropriate data use and evidence people can inspect. Synaporia has substantial local foundations; a complete customer operating environment remains unqualified.

Current readiness

What exists, and what still needs proof.

Local software

Current console and scoped controls

Workspace, case, approval, evidence and financial surfaces are registered. Policy, lineage and lifecycle components have local verification. Integration and activation must be assessed separately for each profile.

Synthetic evaluation

A bounded next step

Architecture review and synthetic scenarios can clarify the workflow and required evidence. They establish neither customer value nor permission to use sensitive customer data.

Pilot & production

Still blocked

A named environment needs current authority, privacy, infrastructure, operational and independent assurance evidence. No production subscription, guaranteed SLA, deployed region or certification is represented.

Five trust commitments

Simple principles for responsible business use.

The purpose of the architecture is to help people use AI responsibly while retaining business judgement. These commitments guide the design; the readiness record determines which controls are actually available.

Boundaries

Business rules come first.

The intended control path checks organisational rules before meaningful work proceeds. AI output cannot grant itself more authority.

People

High stakes stay human.

Consequential actions need the applicable human authority and, where required, another approver. Accountability stays with named people.

Data

Use only what is needed.

Purpose, sensitivity and location are decision inputs, not afterthoughts. Customer data must wait for the required privacy qualification.

Evidence

Keep a reviewable decision trail.

Connect the request, applicable boundaries, human decision and outcome. Local integrity checks exist; independent production assurance remains open.

Failure

Uncertainty should slow unsafe progression.

Missing context, stale information or an unavailable safeguard should deny or escalate higher-risk work. Complete deployed failure paths still need qualification.

Control boundaries

Make the assurance specific.

Authority

The model cannot authorise itself.

Policy, current identity and scoped human authority govern protected operations. Distinct names or signed assertions alone do not establish competent independent review.

Evidence

Integrity and truth differ.

Hash and signature checks establish their stated integrity properties. They do not prove a source is correct, an assertion follows from it, or every external action was intercepted.

Data & memory

Local lifecycle control is real—and scoped.

Current local memory retirement and projection withdrawal can prevent republication after restart. External source mapping, deletion adapters, backups and complete privacy propagation remain open.

Financial custody

Keep uncertainty visible.

Local controls record incomplete outcomes and uncertain liabilities. Provider statements, Oracle/HSM qualification and complete operational reconciliation still require evidence.

Execution

Protect the named effect.

Approval and durable local dispatch claims are not atomic remote execution. Each external adapter needs its own idempotency, revocation and reconciliation guarantees.

Delivery

Do not imply broader coverage.

An optional tool controls its own boundary. Routed inference controls routed calls. Telemetry observes rather than enforces. A mandatory action integration protects only its named effect.

Contextual controls

Apply the strongest applicable requirement.

Rapid, Standard, Protected, Governed and Critical are operation-level control bundles. They are distinct from model reasoning effort and from deployment maturity. Authoritative identity, data, purpose, effect and freshness rules can require stronger controls; a user preference cannot lower the floor.

Standards and regulation

Mappings support review. They are not certification.

The design has been compared with selected themes in NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, GDPR and Kenya’s Data Protection Act. Those mappings do not establish compliance, certification, regulatory approval or equivalent deployed capability.

Security reporting

Report a suspected vulnerability privately.

Please email engage@davidtheuri.com with “Synaporia security report” in the subject, the affected surface and safe reproduction steps. Do not include credentials, customer records or destructive proof. No response-time SLA is represented.
