Read what this operation needs.
Bind purpose, identity, data, requested effect, legal duties and potential harm before choosing a work path.
Synaporia is designed to sit between AI services and business operations: select an eligible work path, check whether its result is usable, apply organisational boundaries before action, bring people into consequential decisions and record what happened. Existing identity, workflow, case, finance and evidence owners retain their responsibilities.
Bind purpose, identity, data, requested effect, legal duties and potential harm before choosing a work path.
Apply Rapid, Standard, Protected, Governed or Critical requirements, then add the rules of the relevant business function.
Context may raise the control floor. An AI response or user preference cannot relax an authoritative requirement.
Bind the purpose, person, tenant, sources, data class and requested effect to the operation.
Select within qualified model and procedure constraints. Reasoning effort, output allowance, time and cost are separate settings; provider internals are not observable guarantees.
Define a work contract, prerequisites, bounded attempts and progress criteria. More calls or more reasoning do not establish useful progress.
Keep source support, quotation checks, execution observations and independent acceptance distinct. Signed reports can contain false claims.
Missing, stale or contradictory evidence can require clarification, abstention, escalation or denial. A forced completion is not necessarily useful progress.
Higher-stakes work is designed to pause for named human review and, where required, more than one approver. Distinct names or signed assertions alone do not establish competent independent consideration.
Use current policy and scoped human authority before the protected action. Apply confinement when the workflow assurance profile requires it.
Distinguish artifacts, attempts, external effects and business obligations. Unknown outcomes need reconciliation; correction and reopening keep unfinished work visible.
Rapid–Critical controls express the operation’s required safeguards. They are not a universal model-intelligence scale. Task mode, substantive risk, economic preference, provider-native reasoning settings and deployment maturity remain distinct. Requested, authorised, emitted and provider-reported reasoning settings are separate facts.
A harder task may justify a different eligible model, procedure or budget. The architecture does not expose hidden chain of thought, set exact internal computation or guarantee that a higher effort improves an answer.
Prepare evidence, check links and expose gaps. This cannot prove every event was intercepted or that a quotation semantically entails a claim.
Apply controls to the calls and bounded workflow actually mediated. External actions and bypassed calls remain outside that coverage.
The approval, finance, confinement and recovery contract must hold for the specific action and adapter. This needs additional deployment proof; it is not a current production offering.
MCP and REST can expose a bounded tool; a gateway can mediate routed inference; host events can supply observed evidence; a mandatory integration can protect an action. None alone governs the whole host agent.
An internal session-bound MCP case-evidence endpoint and REST counterpart exist locally. Public delegated authentication, a qualified customer-cloud adapter and marketplace distribution remain future work. AWS, Azure and Google delivery options do not imply a current partnership or proven advantage over native services.
Installed packages reuse the existing owners and contracts. Research orchestration and build tooling stay outside the runtime footprint.
Current registered surfaces include Work, cases, approvals, evidence, financial and oversight views. Business Hub and Intelligence remain target designs. Organisational context should become a reviewed source of continuity; conversation alone cannot create organisational truth or activate cross-task memory.
